Refund policy

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
Please send me an email at paola@paolaspixels.com to report the problem and add a picture of the item.

EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange your garment for a different size all you have to do is pay for the required shipping. Please contact me at paola@paolaspixels.com before returning the item.
